Boris Hars-Tschachotin is an award winning filmmaker, author, curator and founder of Berlin-based Liquid Blues Production. He has written the TV series conncept of his original idea ÉCLAIR for Hellinger/Doll Filmproduktion (2014/2015). SONGS OF SILENCE is a feature film script funded by FFA for script development. 

In 2014 he curated an exhibition entitled BIGGER THAN LIFE. KEN ADAM'S FILM DESIGN at the Deutsche Kinemathek, Berlin. Hars-Tschachotin created art installations like: MAKROSKOP, HERO-SELFIE or LINES IN FLOW which were exhibited at ZKM-Karlsruhe, the Museum of Photography Berlin, BAM New York, Martin Gropius Building or at Kunsthalle Kiel. 

His films have been selected at over 60 international festivals and been acquired by broadcasters including Sundance, Arte, NBC Universal, ZDF. He holds a PhD in art history. In 2009/10 he was a scholar at the Getty Research Institute Los Angeles conceiving the initiative "Art on Screen".
