General Jeff was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, California, USA. He has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG-AFTRA) since 1995 and is a West Coast hip-hop pioneer who has worked with Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube and others. For the last 12 years (and counting), he has established himself as an outspoken community activist in Skid Row, commonly known as the homeless capital of America.
