Lorena is an academic and business consultant who is working in her doctoral dissertation about the learning environment to develop innovation skills in the aerospace industry of Baja California. She is a fulltime professor at Cetys Universidad Campus Tijuana based in the College of Business and Management. Her research fields are human capital management, learning environments for innovation inside companies and entrepreneurship. As a consultant she has developed training programs in organizational communications, strategic planning and coaching.
