Pascal Forneri is a french born director. He graduated from UCLA in Film then went on getting involved in the then very creative music video scene in L.A. in the 90’s, directing in collaboration with ALEX McDOWELL, respected production designer in the film industry (MINORITY REPORT, WATCHMEN, FIGHT CLUB, CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, MAN OF STEEL, …) with whom he’s involved now through 5D Institute. Pascal directed films across different fields - music videos, commercials, documentaries, fiction – cross polinating specifics of the genres with a well appreciated talent. In the 2000’s, he created a pioneering interactive and award winning design company, SABOTAGE ! ENTERTAINMENT.

Pascal directed more than 35 music vidéos, and his work was featured at RESFest (USA) and awarded at Protoclip Music Video Festival (France). He directed numerous documentaries for french national TV and pay-TV giant Canal+, most notably : CECI N'EST PAS UNE HISTOIRE BELGE, in competition for best french documentary at FIPA International Festival in 2001, and GAINSBOURG : L’HOMME QUI AIMAIT LES FEMMES about legendary french iconoclast musician Serge Gainsbourg. The film was one of national TV 2010’s commercial and critical success. It went on the international festival circuit (New York, Montreal, Melbourne), the Hollywood Bowl and theatrical runs in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Pascal wrote the libretto / songbook for one of France’s 2011/2012 most successful musical SALUT LES COPAINS LE SPECTACLE MUSICAL (350 000 spectators).

Pascal’s work in fiction has been directing TV series in France, most notably FAIS PAS CI FAIS PAS ÇA, a comedy series airing in prime time on France 2 (national TV), winning best comedy on TV in 2008.

He also has in production a comic book series, LA VALLÉE, which he created and scripted, set up at prestigious belgian publishing house Dupuis.
