Daljit Singh is Executive Creative Director and founder of the newly created ‘Conran Singh’ – Which sits in the Conran group of companies and offers Interactive design services and consultancy for the digital world.
Previously Daljit founded and was Exec Creative Director of Digit, one of the world’s longest established digital agencies. Daljit built Digit and its reputation by vigorously implementing an R&D programme exploring notions of simple-human-interaction connecting people through technology.
This informed Digit’s work and inspired and galvanized clients to strive for the best, most striking creative solutions. Daljit’s work has been recognized with a D&AD Black Pencil Award, Design Week Best of Show and two BAFTA’s amongst many others for clients ranging from Motorola, Shell, Nokia, Coca-Cola Microsoft, Habitat, National Gallery and Wallpaper. Digit became part of the WPP network in 2005.
Daljit is an enthusiastic industry participant and has engaged as a board advisor with The British Council Design Advisory Group, The Design Council, INIVA Board of Directors, National Youth Theatre and is now on the Onedotzero Board of Directors. Daljit has recently been invited to join The International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences and was featured in The FT’s Top Creative 50 minds for two consecutive years. Daljit is currently writing a book about interaction design and it’s importance in the connected world.
