Born in Mexico and raised in California since the age of two. Olivia has held jobs in everything from her mother’s food trucking and catering business, to labor and logistics management jobs in bindery in printing.
She got her formal culinary training in the brigade-style kitchen of one Hollywood’s most powerful and secretive talent agencies. Eventually, she scaled up to the world of hospital and government facility management and then in 2012 enlisted to re-vamp the menu at the historical El Cid Dinner theater in Silver lake.
She has since returned to the fast-paced life of event production, private, corporate, and leisure hospitality consulting.
She is an avid supporter of social justice organizations such as Girls Rock Camp Los Angeles, Girls Rock Austin, FAIR Girls, and Safe place Austin.
