David Taylor was one of 5D's most active and cherished Founders. He traveled the world, contagiously spreading the ideas of 5D. He was our colleague, our friend, our drinking partner, our moderator, our supporter, our inspiration.
David was also the Head of Performing Arts for Arup—a theater designer working for the world's largest engineering firm; designing the future of performance spaces; exploring emerging forms of art; building tools that will redefine the future of design; imagining alternative forms of living; creating new spaces for culture to thrive; developing novel ideas around storytelling and interactivity; provoking, challenging, innovating, entertaining, loving, laughing, learning, teaching all of us all the time.
